Getting Referrals Can Be Difficult

That's why we started our referral network....

We started our journey to open our hospice in 2012. Regardless of our glowing patient/family reviews, our sterling CHAP certification, and our extensive roster of qualified, passionate, exemplary staff we found it difficult to break into the referral community. Most referral sources have long, "complicated" relationships with the organizations they refer to and just weren't looking to add another hospice or home health company to their list.

We had to find a way to earn referrals and we did...

We started a campaign aimed at developing referral sources. It grew to a magnitude we never dreamed of and guess what... it worked so well that we couldn't handle the amount of referrals coming in. We own multiple thriving companies and only want them to get so big. Once they get too big they become cumbersome and difficult to manage. We like easy and stress free. We're not looking to expand our hospice or home health, but we are looking for market partners that can handle our referrals and treat the patients we can bring them the way they deserve to be treated.
